Shipping Policy

When you place your order with Jordans-sneaker.com, we begin processing it, if your items are in stock, will be shipped out within 24 hours of when your order is placed. But if a particular item is out of stock we will notify you of this via email. and you can let us know what you would like to do with the pending order. You may either back-order the product for changing another or you can cancel this item in your order. But at last, if we haven’t received your answer, we reserve this right to ship your rest items out in 48 hours and then arrange to refund the money of that out of stock item into your acct.

We offer EMS/ UPS/ DHL/ TNT for shipping your goods, it’s up to you. (we suggest you use EMS which is safe, fast and free for the following countries: USA, UK, Canada and Australia). However, we could also offer free shipping for the customers who are from Other countries if their order total amount is full $800.

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you a Tracking number via email. You may use your tracking number to view the status of your order (Instructions will be given to you in the e-mail). You will also get regular updates from our tracking officer on the status of your shipment. 

PS: In some instances, there may be a Customs charge applied to your package (very rare) in your country. This fee would be at the client's expense. So then you should contact your local post office to pick it up, They ‘d like to help you to get your package soon after you paid the charge.

Return and Exchange Policy

In case you don't feel satisfied with any of our products received, you can return it for exchange. But you need to follow the instructions stated below:

-Within 14 days of the delivery of your order, you must send an e-mail requesting for the exchange. E-mail should be sent on jordans-sneaker@hotmail.com, For any return request due to a quality issue with the matching products, you would be instructed to send pictures of the defects to our customer service officer. This would allow us to validate our product. Once the item is validated as defective, we’ll agree you to return or exchange.

1. Returns must be paid in full on postage.

2. Returns must be new and in original packaging with tags still attached to our jordan shoes or other products.

3. Shoe boxes must be undamaged. Shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box, as we will refuse the exchange or refund.

4. You must advise us as to what you want done with your returned items. Please write it in detail and include it in your package that is to be sent back.

5. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all merchandise that is needed for a refund or exchange.

Attention:

Buyer keeps for shipping back to Jordans-sneaker.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your paypal acct in the amount which the buyer paid for the orders of jordan shoes with less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.

***Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. Jordans-sneaker.com receives payments in USD of purchase and refund in USD of refund at the same time. All currency conversions are done by Paypal ***
